Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals
How do I deposit crypto to Bitget?
After logging in, go to the "Assets" page and select "Deposit", choose the coin and the corresponding blockchain network, copy the deposit address (and enter the Memo/Tag too if there is one), then start the transfer from the sending platform or wallet. It is recommended to test with a small amount first.
What happens if I choose the wrong network when depositing or withdrawing?
Addresses on different networks (such as ERC20, TRC20 and BEP20) may look similar but are not interchangeable. Choosing the wrong network can cause funds not to arrive or even be lost, and recovery is difficult and not guaranteed. Make sure the sending side and Bitget use the same network.
What is a Memo / Tag? What happens if I leave it out?
Some coins (such as XRP and XLM) use a single main address and use a Memo/Tag to tell different users apart. If you omit the Memo/Tag or enter it incorrectly when depositing, the system may be unable to credit the deposit automatically. You would then need to contact customer support for manual handling, and the processing time is uncertain.
How long does a Bitget deposit take to arrive?
Arrival time depends mainly on congestion on the blockchain network and the number of confirmations the coin requires, and it varies widely between coins and networks. You can check confirmation progress in your deposit history, or look up the transaction using its transaction hash (TxID) on a block explorer.
My deposit shows as sent but has not arrived on Bitget. What should I do?
First use the TxID on a block explorer to confirm the transaction status and that the receiving address is correct, then check the network, coin and Memo/Tag you selected. If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but your account has still not been credited, submit a ticket through official customer support with the TxID, a screenshot of the transfer, and the coin and amount.
Does Bitget charge withdrawal fees? What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Withdrawals usually carry a network fee and a minimum withdrawal amount, both of which vary by coin and network and are adjusted with on-chain conditions. The exact values are as shown live on the withdrawal page.
Why is a Bitget withdrawal reviewed or delayed?
For fund safety and risk control, a withdrawal may trigger security verification or be restricted for a period after you change your password, 2FA or linked information. On-chain congestion can also cause delays. The specific restriction rules are as set out in Bitget's official instructions.
Can I buy crypto with fiat or P2P and deposit it to Bitget?
Bitget offers fiat purchases or P2P trading in some regions, and the payment methods and coins available depend on where you live. Check the app to see whether they are available to you, use only officially recognised channels, and beware of off-platform transfer scams.
